At Kirkwood Learning Academy we are offering our parents the opportunity to sign up for automated ACH withdrawal from your checking or savings account.

 

If you want the convenience of having your weekly tuition deducted from a checking or savings account, please download The ProCare App to set up automated payments. This is a great option for parents who want to save time during pick up and drop periods.

 

As working professionals, we want our parents to know that it's our goal to provide the types of service and convenience that offer smooth transitions. Our number one goal is to provide quality childcare in a safe and nurturing environment for every child that walks through our doors. Please sign the attached Tuition Agreement and return to the

office.

Charges

Non-Refundable Annual Registration Fee                                                                                          $100

• Due upon enrollment and on September 1 of each school year (Fee covers all activities for the school year)

Late Payment Penalty Fee                                                                                                                    $50

• Tuition payments are due every week by the close of business on Monday. If tuition is not paid on time a late fee will be applied.

Late Pick up Fee

• $3.00 per minute per child if not picked up by 6:00 pm (fee will be added to your weekly tuition)

• Excessive late pick-ups will result in the termination of childcare services.

 

Payments

• All payments are due on Monday at the beginning of each work week by 6 pm. Services will be terminated if payment including any late fees that may occur are not received by the close of business on the following Tuesday by 12:00 noon. Services will be reinstated if payment is made in full.

• Payments can be made through ACH, ProCare, money order or by credit card.

• Checks not accepted.

• Registration fee due prior to a child attending Kirkwood Learning Academy.

• Full Tuition is expected weekly without regards to attendance

• Tuition rates are NOT prorated for holiday, family vacations or weather closings.

 

Student withdrawal

• At KLA we ask that a two-week notice be given if you plan to withdraw your child(ren). The notice is not effective until received by the director. If a notice is not received, a fee equal to one week’s tuition will be charged.

 

Childcare Assistance

• Kirkwood Learning Academy accepts Private Pay and CAPS payments. Any additional amount not covered by CAPS is the responsibility of the primary parent/parents on the student’s account. Charges may include registration and increased tuition charges. You are responsible for the difference in rates.
